Your confirmation letter will contain details of your cancellation terms and conditions. But for your reference, the booking cancellation terms and conditions are as follows:
1. If cancelled between 42 days and 21 days prior to arrival, a 50% Points cancellation terms penalty will apply.
2. If cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, a 100% Points cancellation penalty will apply.
3. Where applicable, regardless of occupation date, a 50% penalty of the exchange fee will apply.
4. If the reservation was originally made using Points that would have expired, and the same reservation is subsequently cancelled, then these Points will expire.
